Woohoo!
I've been working hard on still eating healthy and exercising, and even though it's been a little harder while we've been out of town, it hasn't been nearly as difficult as I had thought it might be. So I was very excited on Monday when I hit a mile-stone: I have lost 20 pounds so far since I started all this in December. Pretty exciting! That also means that I'm not too far away from my goal of getting back down to my pre-pregnancy weight (from before all the kids). :)
