So, I started with all these ingredients:

I used these aluminum pans, and covered them all with foil so we can re-use them without having a big clean up job, and the pans should last longer that way too.
This is home made baked macaroni and cheese -- that's our giant stock pot, full to the brim.
And here are the finished products: 23 main dishes in all. Although it was a very, very long day of cooking, I think I'd have to say that it's worth it, at least so far -- no worrying about what to make for dinner each night, and nice meals ready after just heating them up.
