Baby Blessing

So, Courtland's baby blessing was May 3rd. In our church the babies receive a priesthood blessing when they are usually around a month or so old, and at this time they also "announce" the baby's name for the records of the church. We were blessed to have lots of Michael's relatives, my Grandma, and a couple of friends come for the blessing. And although my parents weren't able to make it for the blessing, my mom sent us an absolutely adorable baby blessing outfit for Courtland to wear that she made up the smocking pattern for and sewed all by hand. She is so talented!
