A Cute One
Well, one thing that I love about digital cameras is that you can take as many pictures as you want without having to pay to develop all the ones that don't turn out just right. Yesterday I was determined to get a really cute shot of Courtland for his birth announcement, so after about 20 minutes of propping Courtland up on the blanket and pillow on the couch, adjusting the lighting, and repeatedly sticking his pacifier in his mouth to get him to calm down and then removing it so that I could get a good shot without the pacifier in it, and 379 photos later (yes, I did say 379), I ended up with one I was really pleased with. So, now I just need to make the birth announcements.

Congratulations! Courtland is a cute name and he is a cute baby. I'm glad the delivery went well, I enjoyed reading about it. I love a good labor story. We miss you guys!
