Camden's jobs

Both Kolby & Elijah have dog walking jobs each week, and Camden wanted to get a job too. So I took his photo one day while he was walking Harley & Berkley and sent it out on our neighborhood mom's Facebook page asking if anyone needed a regular after-school dog walker.

Someone responded that afternoon asking if I thought he could handle her Great Dane.  I wondered if it might be too much for him to handle -- he has plenty of experience walking our two dogs at the same time, and Berkley is a Dane, but she's pretty puny as far as Danes go weighing in at only 86 lbs so far and she's really good on the leash. I went along with him to meet the family and walk with him to see if he could handle it. Their Dane, Stella, is small too -- only just a bit bigger than Berkley -- and she was pretty excited at the beginning of the walk, but calmed down after a bit. I walked along with him the second time he went too, and I feel comfortable with it -- she is walking so well for him now, and she's a sweet thing.  And after meeting Stella's owners the first day, their next door neighbor asked if Camden would be interested in a second job to walk their little white dog, Ella, too. He was glad to, and so he walks Stella 4 days a week and Ella twice a week. He even brings Stella to come run around in our back yard with Harley & Berkley once in a while too. He loves his jobs!
