Hiking on Veteran's Day

On the day off school Monday we joined the 'Family Adventures in Nature' group for a hike down a canyon in the Scripps Ranch area, and it was a lot of fun.  I met a few new people, and the boys had a great time.  I love days off school -- it's so relaxing to be able to take all the boys and go on a hike and not have anything else scheduled to do for the entire day.  I can't wait until the summer break from school.  :)  Anyway, here are some photos from the hike this week:
