A couple weekends ago we were invited to an activity for all the primary children at church and their families. We got to go to Palmyra and see the temple, and the temple president and his wife each took groups of the kids and their families around and showed them different parts of the outside of the temple and told them a little bit about it. And another lady from church let the kids each color a picture of the stained glass windows on the temple while she told us all about the hard work that many different people put in to build the temple. And they took pictures of each family in front of the temple. Then we all went over to the church across the street and enjoyed lunch together. It was a very nice activity.
(It was such a bright, sunny day that we were all squinting -- I think that between these two different photos most of us have our eyes open in at least one of them).
