Yard Work

Here are a few pictures from the day we put the mulch out in all the flower beds in the yard. So far it has seemed to help with keeping down the weeds, and it just looks nicer too. That picture of the minivan full of mulch was about halfway through our unloading job – we took the seats out of the car, set out a tarp, and then filled it all the way up to the windows with mulch. But at least we didn’t have to make a second trip to get more mulch. And we got all but one little flower bed finished that day (and I just finished up that last bed this week), so the yard looks quite nice after a lot of hard work that day and a job well done.
