Well, I did it. I finally got motivated and took down the last of the wallpaper in the whole house – a tacky border in the study with the logo of some Colorado hockey team. It took me two hours straight to remove it all (which could have been worse – it took me longer than that to remove the border in the much smaller downstairs bathroom after we moved in), but I got it all done during the boys’ naptime, so that was good. Now I just need to get all the scraps of wallpaper picked up off the study floor, get the walls taped, and paint in there.
