Well, I just did it. After seeing a few books that my friends have made from their blogs recently, I got excited about the idea of picking up my family book project that I hadn’t thought of recently. I had mostly completed a family with pictures and text from our blog for the year 2007 when we were in Milwaukee, but hadn’t gotten around to printing it yet. So, I got motivated and I’ve spent a little time the last few days doing some final editing before I ordered the book. I can’t wait to receive our 2007 book and to start work on one for 2008! (It sure is a lot easier, I think, to make a book with our family’s life story day by day like this, rather than having the overwhelming pressure of trying to sit down and write a life history all at once – plus we get to include lots of fun photos and get it published like a real, professional book. I am really looking forward to having a nice set of books for each year that we can enjoy looking back through someday).
