We went to Temple Square last week for a family outing. We walked all around the temple and the surrounding buildings. The boys especially liked the little video that was playing in the Church History Museum about the construction of the roof of the Tabernacle (although they didn’t understand why we couldn’t go up and see inside the roof, like the man in the video did). We stopped at the visitor’s center and saw the Christus statue. My grandma took this picture of our family there. I had to take this one of the boys looking at the statue too, since somewhere I have almost exactly the same picture of my sister, Jennifer, and I there too from when we were younger.
