This is our new favorite dessert. I love that it tastes good and it's easy -- I am all up for any food that is easy and quick to make! I found the recipe for this cake in the Kraft cooking magazine, but changed it up a bit, because the original recipe called for pineapple and that didn't sound very good to me. So, you get an already made angel food cake and slice it into three parts. Then you mix together one packet of pudding mix (I've tried both vanilla and banana cream flavored pudding) with a thing of cool whip, and I cut up a carton of strawberries and 2 or 3 bananas and mix those in as well (save a few strawberries for the top). Then you just layer the fruit mixture and put it in the fridge for at least an hour before eating it, then add the strawberries on top before serving. So easy, and so good.
