Paperwork

We are switching to a new dentist and I printed their new patient forms from their website and filled them out before the appointments to save time in the dentist's office. It only took me about an hour to fill out the 24 pages of forms necessary for me and all 5 boys to go to the dentist. At least that's all finished. 

Now I just have to tackle the pile of registration forms for Cub Scout summer camp . . .
