___: The House Next Door

So, I know this is kind of silly to post, but I just had to. Our next door neighbors are moving, and I just had to show their house on the off chance that some of our friends or family members might just happen to be looking for a nice house in upstate New York. We're sorry to see our good neighbors move, but we'd just love to get some new neighbors with kids! Plus, this house is pretty impressive. (Well, I guess I shouldn't make any promises since I've never been inside, but the pictures look nice and if the inside looks anywhere near as nice as how they've kept up the landscaping outside, the house must be in really great condition). It just went up for sale about a week ago, and I think they said they're having an open house this weekend.

They are asking $184,900 for it, and it has 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, has a 0.3 acre lot, is almost 1,800 square feet (plus a full basement), built in 1974, has a 2 car attached garage, is on a nice residential street, is across the street from a wooded park and within easy walking distance of the elementary school, and it just happens to be right next door to a friendly family who will gladly babysit for free anytime you want. :) The pictures inside the house look nice -- looks like all it needs is for you to move in and customize it with your own favorite paint colors.
